The South End of Kokomo Welcomes New Business

The south end of town will become home to an innovative new set of salon suites prepares to open.

Owners Jeff and Alice Carney, along with property manager Holly Pregno, are preparing to open an innovative salon suite, Elevate Suites, at 3103 S. Webster St.

Pregno said the space will house a total of 11 suites, nine of which are immediately available for occupancy, and looks to build on a track record of success.

“We wanted to introduce a unique salon for professionals in Kokomo,” said Pregno. “We have been leasing out suites in Wilmington, North Carolina, for a number of years and it has been received well.”

The entry to Elevate Suites is stunning with freshly painted white walls, new flooring and beautiful decor and light fixtures in the foyer welcoming guest into the space.

For salon professionals, Pregno says what sets this salon apart is that the lease not only covers the space but also includes water, waste water, trash, and private WiFi, ensuring a hassle-free experience for tenants. She said tenants will benefit from more than just a private space. The salon will offer a common foyer, a welcoming break room, and a well-maintained restroom, creating a supportive community for professionals.

Pregno said Elevate Suites is actively seeking salon professionals, and the space has several immediate openings.
