St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Contest

At The Kokomo Post, we believe in celebrating creativity and spreading joy, especially during festive seasons. That's why we're thrilled to announce the return of our popular coloring contest, where local kids can showcase their artistic talents and immerse themselves in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day!

For months now, we’ve been unveiling a new and original coloring page each month, and the response has been amazing. We’ve received hundreds of submissions from creative young minds eager to participate in our online coloring contest, and we couldn't be happier with the outpouring of enthusiasm from parents, teachers, and organizations.

This month, we’re embracing the luck of the Irish with a playful illustration featuring a cute and festive praying mantis decked out in St. Patty’s day attire. A nod to our beloved KokoMantis. So, dust off your art supplies and get ready to unleash your inner artist!

Entering the coloring contest is easy:

  1. Print off the coloring page provided on our website.

  2. Let your creativity run wild as you color, paint, or craft your very own masterpiece.

  3. Have a parent or teacher snap a photo of your artwork.

  4. Email the photo to Bree@thekokomopost.com (make sure your name and age is included)

But the fun doesn't stop there! After the submission period ends on March 15, our team here at The Kokomo Post will face the challenging task of selecting our favorite entries to move on to the online people's choice voting round.

The voting period will run from March 18 to March 31, giving our community the opportunity to support their favorite creations and crown the ultimate winner. And fear not – there's no fooling around here – the winner will be announced on April 1.

Now, you might be wondering, what's in it for you? Well, here’s what you could win:

1st place: $75 visa gift card from 3D Realty

2nd place: $50 gift card from Popcorn Cafe

3rd place: $25 visa gift card from 3D Realty

So, what are you waiting for? Let your imagination soar, embrace the green spirit of St. Patrick's Day, and join us in spreading joy through art. May the luck of the Irish be with you!
