Cake by the Slice from J Edwards
Nobody has ever been sad while eating a slice of Blueberry Tres Leches cake from J Edwards!
This popular Latin-American dessert is made from a light sponge cake soaked in a mixture of three types of milk: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk or heavy cream.
After baking, the cake is pierced with holes to allow the milk mixture to fully absorb, making it incredibly soft and flavorful with wonderful whipped icing and fresh blueberries. 10/10 would recommend this cake next time you need to treat yourself!
