You’ll Never Guess What’s Going in Next to Wing Stop in Kokomo!

Over the past several months, the team at the Post has noticed extensive construction both inside and outside the former Horizon Bank building at 2825 S. Washington St., which currently houses Wingstop in a portion of the building.

The suspense surrounding the purpose of these renovations has been under speculation, but it looks like the establishment is gearing up to welcome a Smoothie King.

Smoothie King’s website now lists the Washington street address as an official location, and a Google listing for the new business indicates a Dec. 18 opening date.

Request for comment from Smoothie King has gone unanswered.

The international smoothie giant’s website states that the company focused on whole fruits, organic vegetables and natural enhancers, offering countless ways to customize the perfect smoothie.
