Partygoers of Kokomo have a unique and safe new way to travel as a new business called The Party Bus has pulled into town. The business is based on a renovated bus that has been transformed into a mini nightclub on wheels.

Owners Branden Policky and Michael Moser were planning for a friend’s birthday party and had no luck finding anything similar locally.

“We decided to fill that void,” said Moser.

Moser said it took two months of hard work to renovate the bus, as it had to be completely gutted and built from the ground up. The reimagined bus now features comfortable bench seating, lighting and a massive sound system that is sure to get the party started.

Guests can bring their favorite drinks and snacks along for the ride, which can be stored in the beverage cooler onboard. Each rental includes a personal driver, Moser said, so that everyone can enjoy the experience without worrying about the responsibility of driving.

The pair said they see it as an ideal option for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, wedding parties, proms or just a fun night on the town. The Party Bus will also feature packages to drive partygoers out of town to places like concerts and special events.

“You can expect a safe and fun trip to your destination,” said Moser, adding that the team is working on adding a karaoke machine to the experience soon.

You can visit the Party Bus Facebook page or website to learn more about the bus and to get details on pricing options, such as the current concert goers promotion.
