We took a trip back out to Northwestern High School on Thursday night to see the Tigers take on the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings. Immediately the clash began with the Valley Vikings leading by 8 points in the first quarter and the Lady Tigers leading the second quarter with 11 points. Northwestern’s Maci Rody had a big night with 15 points. She also had a big night in rebounds and putbacks which is where a nice chunk of her points came from. Gonzalez also had a big night for the Valley Vikings and this was apparent by her control of the ball and play making throughout the night. The Tippecanoe Valley Vikings took the game with a 46-38 point win.
