City of Lights at Highland Park
Light displays are popping up throughout Kokomo! Don’t miss the chance to drive or walk through Highland Park to enjoy the Christmas spirit!
Beginning today at dusk, you can experience it for yourself! The lights will shine throughout the holiday season, with a special treat for families—Santa Claus will make appearances from 6 to 10 p.m. each night through Dec. 24.
