Quesabirria from The Jungle

The Jungle Mexican Cantina has some flavorful new additions to the menu and the quesabirria was the first one on my list to try!

It’s a birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of broth for dipping. The perfect combination of cheesy goodness with tender beef and fluffy rice makes for a filling meal you’ll want to have again and again.

The Jungle is located at 1527 Home Ave., Kokomo
