The Best Pasta in Kokomo

Hey Kokomo! Carbs + delicious sauce = the stuff dreams are made of. We have yet to meet a Kokomo-an who doesn’t love a delicious dish of pasta from time to time. So, we asked around and we’ve gathered the ultimate Kokomo pasta picks. Take a look at our list and maybe you’ll find a new favorite!

Spinach lasagna from PASTArrific

Our first pick on the list is a date night go-to for me. I tell myself that the spinach in this dish somehow negates all of the cream and cheese. It’s my own nutrition math. Agree? Read on… It’s lasagna noodles, cheese, and spinach, topped with a creamy tomato sauce and then baked. Paired with their house salad, this is a Kokomo pasta win.

Rolla Vacca from Martinos

This is for sure the most unique pasta dish on our list, and honestly one of the most unique dishes in all of Kokomo. It’s Italian beef rolled in an entire pasta sheet, in home made marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, then baked to perfection. It’s delicious!

Blackened Chicken Pasta from Marble the Steakhouse

This dish is hiding on Marble’s menu because of their reputation for great steak. Don’t be afraid to branch out though. This pasta is incredible. It’s seasoned chicken, linguine, spicy cajun alfredo, parmesan cheese and scallions. Pair this with a glass of white wine, and good company on their patio, and you have yourself a perfect summer night in Kokomo.

Pud Thai from Jay's Authentic Thai Cuisine

We’ll get into the debate on the difference between noodles and pasta on another blog but this is our only Asian noodle dish on this list. The Pud Thai from Jay’s is reliably delicious. The famous Thai dish is rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, and scallions stir-fried with their Pud Thai sauce. They serve ground peanuts on the side which, in my opinion, you must sprinkle over the top or you’re doing it wrong. You can order it with different proteins to make it a full meal. Try this and let me know what you think!

Fettuccine Alfredo from Half Moon

This recommendation came to me from a reliable source. You may not think a brewery would offer pasta dishes, but this Fettuccine can hold it’s own. And it’s wonderful. It’s exactly what you want when you order this anti-Keto dish. It’s pasta tossed with a classic, creamy alfredo sauce, made fresh for each and every order. Add chicken if you want to add protein, which you should.

Santa Fe from PASTArriffic

This final dish is a crowd favorite. And understandably so. It’s creamy spicy southwestern sauce, chicken, corn, peppers, black beans and penne. There is some Tex-Mex/Italian fusion happening and we’re here for it.
