This week’s Kokomo Post Sports Game of the Week, partnered with Robert Miller & Son Furniture, took us to Kokomo Municipal Stadium to see the Kokomo Jackrabbits take on the Traverse City Pit Spitters. The Jackrabbits were holding down the game with a 4-run burst in the third inning. They kept up the lead 5-4 until the seventh inning. The Pit Spitters made a huge comeback with 5 runs in the beginning of the eighth inning to put the game just out of reach for the Jackrabbits.
