Beloved Downtown Business Starts New Chapter

Fired Arts Studio has made a move from its previous location at 106 N. Main St., Kokomo to 111 W. Sycamore St. This transition marks a new chapter for the studio, which has been a beloved creative space in the community inside of Mo Joe Coffee House for the past six years.

Owner Misha Jefferson said the new space will offer new opportunities to the community.

“We’re excited for the space,” she said. “For six years, we’ve continued to grow and grow and give people a space to create art.”

This growth is evident in the studio’s expanded offerings from pottery painting, which now includes glass mosaics and canvas painting with more services to be added soon.

The new location provides a larger and more versatile space for these activities, allowing Fired Arts Studio to better serve its community of artists and enthusiasts, she said. Jefferson said she is particularly thrilled about the potential to increase the studio's offerings and provide even more creative opportunities for visitors.
