Mother’s Day Coloring Contest
As May rolls in, so does another exciting opportunity for young artists in Kokomo! At The Kokomo Post, we're happy to announce our latest coloring contest, tailor-made for the upcoming Mother's Day celebrations. Get ready to unleash your creativity and join us in honoring moms everywhere with our Mother's Day tea party illustration.
With each passing month, our coloring contests have been a hit within the community. We love seeing the imagination and talent of our budding young artists come to life with each stroke of color. And for May, we’ve prepared something truly special—an adorable illustration featuring a mom and baby tree stump enjoying an enchanting tea party, a nod to Kokomo’s very own Sycamore Stump.

Let your creativity soar as you color, paint, or craft your masterpiece.
Have a parent or teacher snap a photo of your artwork.
Email the photo to Bree@thekokomopost.com, along with your name and age.
But that's not all! The fun doesn't stop with the submission deadline on May 15. Our team will have the challenging task of selecting the top entries to advance to the online people’s choice voting round.
From May 16 to May 30, it’s your chance to show your support for your favorite creations during the voting period. Get your friends, family, and neighbors involved as we crown the ultimate winner together!
And let's talk about prizes! Our First Place winner will receive a Mommy & Me photoshoot experience from ANP Photography, capturing precious moments to cherish forever, along with a family 4-pack of cookie decorating kits from Little Miss Cupcakes. It’s the perfect way to celebrate with mom!
