Earrings from Grateful Gals Boutique

These earrings somehow manage to pull off a statement piece with subtlety. You’ll want to add them to your collection because they will coordinate with every outfit in your closet.

Grateful Gals Boutique is a family business that we’ve been keeping tabs on because they’re trendy, affordable and local!

Lounge Set from Garish Gal

Straight out of our Valentine’s Day Gift Guide, this lounge set from Garish Gal has been screaming my name. The desert rose camo is ON. TREND. right now and these pieces are insanely comfy. It feels like a wearable blanket. This super-soft sweater material feels like you are wearing a blanket! I love that you can wear this together as a set binge-watching “Schitt’s Creek” or doing some work on your couch. Or, you could wear these pieces separately and secretly enjoy your day in loungewear. Your secret’s safe with me!

CommuniTees for Samaritan Caregivers

The CommuniTee Giveback Program is an initiative of The Kokomo Post to raise awareness and funds for local nonprofit organizations. For nearly 25 years, Samaritan Caregivers has provided no-cost assistance to seniors living at home, to ensure dignity, independence and quality of life. This includes transportation, grocery shopping, socialization and handyman assistance. Recently added programs include Medicare counseling (SHIP), prevent/detect/report Medicare fraud (SMP) and telehealth appointments.

Each month, the Post and Expressions Design Co. create fresh, unique, handcrafted merchandise for a single nonprofit, and 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of the merch goes directly to the organization. In addition, through 2021, each organization is eligible for a $500 matching contribution thanks to Community First Bank of Indiana. The Kokomo Post thanks everyone who has supported this effort to make positivity louder for our local nonprofits!

Do Good, Look Good this weekend and shop here.
