April Online Kids Coloring Contest
It’s a new month for our online coloring contest! Stay connected with The Kokomo Post Kids for new coloring pages. Thanks to this month’s coloring contest partner, Ralphy’s Pizza and Indoor Golf Simulators, three coloring contest pages will be awarded with free duckpin bowling and more. Let your kids express their creativity and learn more about Kokomo by entering this month’s contest.
APRIL
Spring is here and hopefully, your family is beginning to spend lots of time outside. If you haven’t visited recently, we’d encourage you to stop by the South Branch of the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library at 1755 E. Center Road in Kokomo. Soon, many garden enthusiasts will begin working in the butterfly garden and community garden just west of the library. You can enjoy the garden area as a peaceful place to read or enjoy nature, but our favorite thing is to take photos with the butterfly and caterpillar photo stand-ins. Think spring and enjoy this butterfly garden coloring page for the month of April. We can’t wait to see your creativity in coloring and designing a butterfly garden.
Here’s how to enter the contest:
1. Print off the coloring page below.
2. Children can color, paint, or decorate the page however they’d like.
3. Have a parent or teacher snap a photo of your masterpiece.
4. Complete the Google form below and upload a photo for each entry. If there are any issues with uploading you can also email the photo to alli@thekokomopost.com.
Coloring contest submissions will be accepted now through April 19. On April 21, “people’s choice voting” will be available for a selection of our favorite submissions until April 28. The winner will be announced on April 30 on our Facebook Page.

1st Place: 1 Hour of Duckpin Bowling on 2 Lanes, 2 Large Pizzas, Soft Drinks, and Ice Cream for up to 5 people
2nd Place: 1 Hour of Duckpin Bowling, 1 Large Pizza, Soft Drinks, and Ice Cream for up to 3 people
3rd Place: 1 Hour of Duckpin Bowling
