For this week’s Heidi’s Hidden Gem, I went to a trapeze yoga class right here in Kokomo!
Located above Sunspot Natural Market in Kokomo, TraPoga is the perfect spot to try something different this year!
The goal of this newer style of yoga is to use gravity and a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to provide a natural alignment and beginner-friendly yoga class!
We started off the class with easy stretches assisted by the silk hammocks. It was such a good stretch!
I left this class feeling so good and relaxed! It was an easy-going and low-pressure class that was perfect for yogis of all skill levels. This class is taught twice a week and I highly suggest checking it out!
