We are in the heat of summer, and there are many opportunities for family movie outings coming up in and around Howard County. You can choose to escape the heat and watch a movie indoors or have a picnic and let the movie shine bright on the screen outside at dusk. Kokomo Parks & Recreation Department (KPRD) Family Movie Nights
Along with many other fun family-friendly programs, KPRD offers a series of Family Movie Nights in Foster Park at 721 W. Superior St., Kokomo, IN 46901. Dress for the weather and bring a blanket or a chair to enjoy a fun outdoor movie experience.

Kokomo-Howard County Public Library (KHCPL) Family Movie Nights
The Kokomo-Howard County Public Library has all kinds of Summer fun planned for families including a monthly series of Family Movie Nights. Each month, thanks to their sponsors, KHCPL Russiaville will host a family-friendly movie in the Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom alongside some extra fun. Later movies are TBD, but you can call the Russiaville Library for more information.
