It’s the first weekend of May, the birds are singing, the sun is shining, and more events are making their way back to Kokomo for summer. Here are seven ways to celebrate mom, and the weekend, in Kokomo!
Mudhound Revival at The Kokomo Alehouse
Head over to Kokomo Alehouse for a night of acoustic music from Lafayette-based rock and blues band, Mudhound Revival!
When: 8 p.m. Friday, May 6

Cost: Free to ages 21 and older
First Friday: Cosplay Day
Dress up as your favorite movie, book, anime, or tv show character and experience downtown Kokomo after hours! Businesses in the area will be open late for activities, deals, and an evening full of family fun.

Mom’s Night Out
Treat mom to a local and fun night out! Shop local vendors and shops, hear live music, and enjoy food from local food trucks this weekend in downtown Tipton!

Farmers Market Opening Day
It's not summer in Kokomo without the Kokomo Farmers Market! Opening day is happening this Saturday and you aren't going to want to miss your chance to shop a bunch of local produce and handmade items!
