Ahh, summer in Indiana. Festivals, fairs, live music and a circus?! Don’t skip out on the opportunity to experience some memorable events in our community this week. Keep reading for the insider scoop!

Howard County 4-H Fair

The second largest county fair in Indiana has returned to Greentown for the 71st year. This year, you can enjoy the fair classics, but also experience something new! We created a guide with everything you need to know, including event schedules and more. Click here for the full list!

Tipton County 4-H Fair

No matter where you call home, there’s a county fair happening close to you this week! Tipton County 4-H Fair is back, and there are multiple free and fun family events to enjoy. Click here for more information.

Rhumfest

Rhum Academy of Music is bringing a day full of talent to the Kokomo Performing Arts Pavilion this weekend! This year’s festival features local hip-hop artist DeRay as well as 30 other performances from various local artists.

When: 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 16
Where: Kokomo Performing Arts Pavilion, 721 W. Superior St., Kokomo

One Way Traffic: Live at The Coterie!

All the way from St. Louis, One Way Traffic is bringing eclectic Americana jams to The Coterie stage. Your toes will be tapping as the drinks are pouring during this jazz set right here in downtown Kokomo!

When: 8 p.m. Friday, July 15
Where: The Coterie, 107 W. Sycamore St., Kokomo
Cost: $5 Cover at the Door - 21 and older

Smoke Gouda: Live at The Coterie!

It’s another jam-packed weekend of live music at The Coterie! Smoked Gouda, a local blues and funk band, is bringing a night full of entertainment to The Coterie stage!

When: 9 p.m. Saturday, July 16

$5 Cover at the Door - 21 and older


Peru Circus

Peru, Indiana, known as the Circus Capital of the World, has been home to the Peru Amateur Circus since 1960! Every year, approximately 200 students, ages 7 to 21 perform during this eight-day festival!

When: July 16-23
Where: Peru, Indiana
