Kokomo Post Picks - July 31st
Hey Kokomo! Welcome to our Kokomo Post Picks of the week where our staffers and interns pick the things they’re enjoying from all around our favorite city! In no particular order:
Stoney’s Sourdough Bread- They’re making bread that’s as simple as it is delicious. It’s only 3 Ingredients : organic flour, water, and salt. We’re excited because you’re able to purchase it now at both Kokomo Kroger locations! We love that you’re able to easily support an incredible local business while you’re doing your regular grocery shopping.
Koko-Go- Koko-Go is a local bike share program located in downtown Kokomo. They’re located at 307 S. Main Street, Kokomo, IN 46901 directly behind The Foxes Trail Restaurant. They’re open Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday-Saturday 1:00 pm -9:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm! To rent a bike with Koko-Go, simply sign a waiver and leave a card on file until you return your bike. You will not be charged to ride. It is easy, fun, and free!
Kona Ice- It’s your lucky day if you’re able to catch the Kona Ice truck around Kokomo. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s shaved ice truck with a huge variety of flavors. Heidi, our staff member chose lavender lemonade and it comes highly recommended! If you give it a try, let us know!
What do you think Kokomo? We want to hear your picks of the week!
