  • From the Dark Pages at the Seiberling Mansion

    The Howard County Historical Society presents the 2022 edition of our murder mystery tour on Oct. 21 and 22. Four tours lasting approximately one hour each will be offered each night. Guests will begin at the Elliott House, where our fortune teller and friends are waiting to entertain and serve included refreshments while your group gathers. At your chosen tour time, our hosts will greet each group and transport them back in time as they walk from the Elliott House to the Seiberling Mansion. There, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes take over as guides through the mansion and across the mansion grounds as you track Jack the Ripper. Explore the workings of the criminal mind through conversations with visiting Victorian Gothic authors and their haunting creations. Will the clues lead you and Holmes to the Ripper? Will you be in time to save his next victim?

  • Boo Bash at Sweet Peas Play Cafe

    Join Sweet Peas for a not-so-scary good time at the Boo Bash!

    Bring your little boos and ghouls in their costumes for some preschool/toddler friendly fun!

    Come party with us and enjoy light refreshments, a pumpkin craft, sensory play and pumpkin hunt for treats at 10 a.m., and 2 and 4 p.m.

    Tickets are available for $20 per child for all-day play for non-members and $5 for members (with their special code).

    Space is limited so advanced registration is strongly recommended.

  • Witches Brew Mug Painting Workshop at Sun King Kokomo

    2 p.m. Oct. 30

    No matter what you have brewing, this mug is the perfect go to project for Halloween! With a broomstick handle, this clever cauldron mug rests upon three enchanted witch boots with ornate buckles. The cauldron was created with a large surface area perfect for your favorite ghoulish message!

    You'll get one free token for a libation with each project.

    Fired Arts Studio Staff will supply all the decorative tools and encouragement you need to paint this fun mug!



  • Trick-Or-Treat with the Salem Sisters at Sweet Peas Play Cafe

    10:30-12:30 p.m. Oct. 30

    Trick-or-treating featuring the Salem Sisters brought to you by Royal Events

    Your little monsters will enjoy: pumpkin hunt for treats, paint your own cookies, snacks, interactive play with the Salem Sisters, playtime at Sweet Peas

    $30 for the first child and $20 per additional child, two adults included per order, additional adults $20 each.

  • The Great Escape Halloween Costume Party

    $20 to park your Jeep. Halloween Parade through the Jeeps to collect treats, food, T-shirts and ducks for sale. All proceeds go to Peyton Manning Childhood Cancer Center. Event open to public. Bring your Jeep and pass out treats.
