Murph in the ‘Mo
CrossFit Kokomo will be hosting "MURPH" at Kokomo Municipal Stadium! This event is open to the public and can be conducted at any and all fitness levels. This workout is in honor of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who gave his like to protect his SEAL team brothers in Afghanistan in 2005.

Aloe-lujah it's Friday!
