The Kokomo Post Picks of the Week - Dec. 15
Hey, Kokomo! Welcome to our Kokomo Post Picks, where our staffers pick the things they’re enjoying from all around our favorite city! In no particular order:
Hot Cocoa Bombs from Etta’s Gooey Goodies
Hot chocolate bombs are a Christmas-time necessity! Indulge in the rich and delightful experience of handmade hot chocolate bombs from Etta’s Gooey Goodies. Meticulously crafted with care and creativity, you aren’t going to want to miss these treats (and the delicious homemade marshmallows on top!)
As the outer shell begins to melt in hot milk or water, the flavor of your choice is revealed — (pictured is white chocolate and white chocolate raspberry.)
Located at 107 N. Meridian St., Greentown, IN
Highland Park City of Lights
From its humble beginnings in 1993, the Highland Park City of Lights began with just eight displays. With additions made each year, this drive-thru marvel is one for your Christmas in Kokomo bucket list. Open nightly at dusk through Dec. 31. Santa will be there from 6 to 10 p.m. every night from Nov. 24 to Dec. 24 to greet visitors. Proceeds benefit the Kokomo Family YMCA and the Kokomo Y’s Men.
