You’re invited to learn more about Acacia Academy by participating in “See and Know” Day on Thursday, Feb. 13 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Guests will have the opportunity to take a tour of the school, observe a chapel service, and hear from panels of current families and teachers. Register online or call the school at (765) 457-5545 to reserve your spot for “See and Know” Day. Daily tours are offered at 11 a.m. by appointment for families that can’t make it on Feb. 13. If you have a child that will be 5 years old by Aug. 1, 2025, and are considering attending Eastern Elementary School consider visiting the Kindergarten Round-up open house and fun night. In addition to the Open House on March 19, parent information night will be held on Wednesday, March 5, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Elementary cafeteria.

Explore the Wildcat Way and attend this year’s Early Education Fair at Kokomo High School on Thursday, Feb. 20. There will be freebies, learning activities, and administration or staff on site from each school. Families with students interested in attending preschool through second grade are welcome to visit. Kokomo School Corporation offers Preschool for 3 and 4 year olds with both half and full day options. Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2025 to be eligible for Kindergarten. Complete your enrollment on the KSC website to be able to select a screening date and time.

Students who live in Northwestern District or have a sibling already attending Northwestern or Howard Elementary school can secure an appointment for Kindergarten Round-Up on April 17. Appointments for Kindergarten Round-Up will be scheduled every 30 minutes throughout the day. Transfer applications are now available and will be reviewed at the April 10 school board meeting. To qualify for Kindergarten enrollment, a child must be 5 years of age on or before Aug. 1, 2025.

Redeemer Lutheran School

Redeemer Lutheran School will host an open house for new students in preschool through 8th grade on Thursday, Feb. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. Families can still contact the school by phone at (765) 864-6466 to schedule an appointment and gather information about the school and enrollment process. Sts. Joan of Arc & Patrick School will host their Early Childhood Round Up on Wednesday, February 12. The school has two campuses. Students from preschool through first grade are at the St. Patrick campus, located at 1230 N. Armstrong. Students in second through eighth grade are at the St. Joan of Arc campus at 3155 S. 200 West (South Dixon Road). The first of multiple options to learn about Taylor Elementary School for your Kindergarten or Preschool aged child is coming up on Thursday, March 6. Call the Elementary School Office at (765) 453-3800 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available every 15 minutes and children need to be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2025. Taylor offers half day preschool classes for children that are 3 years old by Aug. 1, 2025 and half day Pre-K classes for children that are 4 years old by Aug. 1, 2025. It is also required that all preschoolers are potty trained.

Chapel Hill Preschool will host its annual preschool open house on Tuesday, March 18 beginning at 6 p.m. for prospective families. Open enrollment will begin March 19 for children ages 3-5. South Creek Preschool offers half-day AM and PM classes for children ages 2-5, days of the week are determined by which class you select during enrollment.
