Pilates Arrives in Kokomo - First Look Gallery

A fresh fitness perspective has arrived at Sunspot Natural Market. Located at 3717 S. Reed Road, Kokomo, Pilato Kokomo is now open and enrolling students for pilates classes upstairs at the market alongside many other private studios in the space.

With a background in Olympic weightlifting and exercise science, owner and instructor Tori King developed her love for pilates after discovering how the 20th-century practice was able to cater to all ages and abilities.

“It meets everyone where they are at,” said King.

At Pilato Kokomo, clients can expect a personalized fitness approach tailored to their individual needs and goals. Whether you're a seasoned athlete seeking to enhance performance or a newcomer looking to improve flexibility and posture, Tori encourages mindful movement with an emphasis on core strength, stability, balance and muscle engagement.
