New Rootin’ Tootin’ Dish from Bob Evans

This country dish features a generous serving of golden french fries, smothered in shredded and melted cheese, all topped off with Bob Evans’ famous sausage gravy. It was a peculiar choice for the dynamic duo, as Bree characterized it as quintessential "Down home Hoosier food,” while Erin, the New Yorker, was poised to dislike it from the get-go due to her publicly stated aversion to gravy and stating in the past that she doesn’t “get” the midwest love for Bs & Gs.
