Iconic Kokomo Restaurant is on the Move

Kokomo’s favorite spot for soul food looks like it’s on the move.

Yolonda’s Place looks to be relocating from 1195 E. Markland Ave. to 1245 S. 17th St. in Kokomo, the former location of Pho Nguyen, with signs already up at the new location.

Known for serving up comforting, homestyle meals, Yolonda’s looks to be gearing up to open its doors soon in the updated space. Our team hopes that means there will be indoor seating for patrons to enjoy the home cooking.
