Lucky Lemon’s Korean Bowl is a vegan dish packed with rice, kimchi, jackfruit, cucumber and more. Before diving in, Bree confessed she had once doubted Lucky Lemon’s appeal, being a devoted carnivore who typically avoids vegan and vegetarian eateries. However, her skepticism is years’ past quickly turned into fandom.

From the very first taste, it was clear that this bowl was a hit! Erin made note of the freshness of the ingredients and appreciated the balance of vinegar and sweetness. Bree, on the other hand, enjoyed the spiciness of the kimchi and noted how this bowl is the perfect summer dish for those with a lighter appetite during Kokomo’s hot summer months.
