Kokomo Post Sports - Game of the Week: Whitko Wildcats vs Northwestern Tigers (Photo Gallery)
This week’s Kokomo Post Game of the Week, partnered with Robert Miller & Son Furniture, featured the final home game at Northwestern High School. The Northwestern Tigers hosted a hot Whitko Wildcats team, on an abnormally warm Friday evening. The Tigers had a nine point lead at the end of the first half, and it appeared they’d end the game with a victory. Whitko had another plan in mind. The Wildcats played elite defense in the second half as they held the Tigers to only seven second half points. Unfortunately, Northwestern’s lost their home game of the season as Whitko ended the game with a 55-40 win over the Tigers.
