The Kokomo Post Picks of the Week - Mar. 4

Hey, Kokomo! Welcome to our Kokomo Post Picks, where our staffers pick the things they’re enjoying from all around our favorite city! In no particular order:

Country Fried Steak from Choo Choo McGoo’s

This classic Hoosier dish from one of our local favorites hit the spot on a cold night this week. If it’s been a minute since you’ve enjoyed a homestyle meal - go check out this first pick of the week! You might as well be at grandma’s house! What’s not to love about country fried steak covered with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and a dinner roll?

Egg Roll Vermicelli from Pho Ngyuen

Our second pick of the week is the egg roll vermicelli from Pho Ngyuen. The light and crispy egg rolls are served over a bed of rice noodles and all the garnishes become delicious when they’re mixed together.

Private Cocktail Tasting at The Hobson

It’s no secret we love the vibe at The Hobson - home to what is arguably Kokomo’s most aesthetic bar. The Hobson is rolling out a bougie new offering that you need to add to your plans as soon as possible. For $35 per person, you and your group of four to eight people can enjoy two hours of private bar service and three full-size cocktails made by one of the Hobson Bartenders! Check out The Hobson Facebook page for details on how to reserve your time.

What do you think Kokomo? We want to hear your picks of the week!
