Corned Beef and Cabbage from Cook McDoogal’s

Sure, St. Patrick’s Day was yesterday, but the Corned Beef and Cabbage from Cook McDoogal’s deserves the spotlight more than one day a year.
Cook’s does it right with balancing the salty crispy corned beef with the slightly sweet red cabbage that is cooked just right - not too mushy - yet not crispy at all. This is a huge portion so make sure you’re hungry!
