Kokomo Flipsters Makes History at Indiana Xcel State Championships
Kokomo Flipsters has been a cornerstone of the Kokomo gymnastics community since 1985, offering athletes the opportunity to compete at a high level across the state.
The gym recently sent 48 gymnasts to the 2025 Indiana Xcel State Championships in Merrillville, where the top Xcel gymnasts in the state competed. The Flipsters' Xcel Bronze team made history, capturing the program’s first state team title since 1991.
Adding to the excitement, two Flipsters gymnasts achieved perfect 10 scores—an extraordinary feat in any competition.
It was a weekend to remember, filled with unforgettable performances and lifelong memories for the athletes, coaches, and supporters.
