Fall Break: Clay Pumpkin Workshop
Fired Arts Studio, located at 111 W. Sycamore St. in Kokomo, will host a fall-themed clay pumpkin pot-making event on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Participants will start with slab-rolling clay and learn to assemble and decorate pumpkin pots with guidance from the studio’s staff. The session is open to ages 5 and up, and the $25 fee includes the clay and painting materials. Neighborhood Fall Fest at Fuel Church
Fuel Church, located at 2021 E. Markland Ave. in Kokomo, will host its Neighborhood Fall Fest from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25. This family-friendly event offers an opportunity to relax, enjoy games, and connect with friends, neighbors, and the community. There will be food, fun, and activities for all ages, with special entertainment for kids.

Autumn Festival at IU Kokomo
The annual Autumn Festival, sponsored by the IU Kokomo Staff Council, will take place at the IU Kokomo campus from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024. The vendor market will feature nearly 100 vendors offering custom home decor, jewelry, boutique items, vintage finds and more!

Pumpkins with Pottery Glazes Workshop at Fired Arts Studio
Fired Arts Studio will host a “Pumpkins with Pottery Glazes” workshop on Saturday, Nov. 2. The event begins at 2 p.m. and offers participants the opportunity to create a set of three small round pumpkins, each measuring 3.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, using the studio’s unique stoneware-like pottery glazes.
The finished pumpkins make a perfect addition to fall home decor for Thanksgiving or Halloween.
Additional pumpkins and gourds will be available for purchase during the workshop. The cost is $60 per person, and space is limited to 12 participants. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Friendsgiving Bash with The Peaceful Kings at the Alehouse
The Peaceful Kings are set to return to the Alehouse for their annual pre-Thanksgiving bash on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The night will feature live music, food, and drinks, with special guest Raven Milligan, an up-and-coming local artist, joining the lineup.
Kick off the holiday season with great music, a fun atmosphere, and delicious food as the Alehouse celebrates Friendsgiving at 7:45 p.m. right here in Kokomo.
Thanksgiving Celebration with Celebrate Recovery Crossroads
Celebrate Recovery Crossroads will host its annual Thanksgiving Celebration on Thursday, Nov. 28, starting at 6 p.m. in the main auditorium. The event is open to everyone and will include a special Thanksgiving service followed by a free feast in the upstairs dining hall at 116 N. Main St., Kokomo, IN.
