Hand-crafted and Color-changing Drinks from a Hidden Cafe in Kokomo

You don’t have to go far for Instagram-worthy drinks! From drinks that change colors before your eyes and more this week’s Heidi’s Hidden Gem might surprise you!

Doubting Thomas Cafe, located at 840 Daniel Drive, Kokomo, is a cozy coffee shop with handcrafted beverages, delicious pastries, sandwiches and good fellowship.

As you can see in the photos, the baristas there love creating new drinks with unique flavors for customers to try and creating drinks that are more mainstream coffee shop finds.

Pictured above is the color-changing Butterfly Lemonade with lavender syrup and below is a Blue Matcha latte, a blue powdered tea with warm steamed milk.
