    • Heart-shaped Sprinkle cookies and Blondie’s other sweet treats are perfect for Valentine’s Day! Blondie’s Cookies can be purchased at the shop in the Markland Mall, or the new storefront in Greentown, but they are also available to be purchased online and shipped to wherever you want to send some love. You can view their seasonal specials and Valentine’s Day assortments on the Blondie’s website.

  • Etta’s Gooey Goodies

    • You can find the cutest heart-shaped macarons and more at Etta’s Gooey Goodies in Greentown! These special cookies are an adorable treat, but we’ve confirmed that there will also be cheesecake, cupcakes, and chocolate-covered strawberries for the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert.   • J. Edwards Fine Chocolates and Gourmet Cakes

    • This local favorite is serving delicious desserts for Valentine’s Day. When you visit the shop there are even more options to choose from with special gifts alongside the yummy chocolates and cakes. You can surprise your kids with something new from J. Edwards as they are now offering sweet Valentine’s Day Gummy Samplers. You can see what’s available and order something sweet for pickup or to be shipped on their website.

  • Jack’s Donuts

    • Who doesn’t love donuts? Order a set of their heart-shaped donuts to start your Wednesday off right. Their donut decorating kit comes with special sprinkles and two kinds of icing for only $18.     • We love everything red and pink for Love Day, including the Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls from KJ’s Kitchen. You’ve maybe seen them at our local farmer’s markets, but these delicious treats are only available for pre-order until Feb. 10.   • Mama Karen’s

    • If you haven’t tried some of the treats and good eats from Mama Karen’s, now is the perfect time. Mama Karen’s is preparing sweet treats such chocolate-covered pretzels, Oreos, strawberries and more for Valentine’s Day. You can see what is available by checking out their Facebook page, but we’d recommend the Lil’ Cupid for your Lil’ Valentines.   • Papa John’s

    • If your family isn’t interested in sweets, chocolates, or candy you can still share some love with a heart-shaped pizza from our local Papa John’s Pizza stores. These specialty thin-crust pizzas are perfect for your hungry teenage Valentine’s or just for an easy and quick dinner after a long Wednesday. The heart-shaped pizza is available to order now until just after Valentine’s Day.

  • The Popcorn Cafe

    • Another unique Valentine’s Day treat for your kids would be any of the specialty popcorn from the Popcorn Cafe.       Rome Mance is Dead, and it happened after she went on a date with a mysterious stranger. Teens in middle and high school are welcome to visit the library for a murder mystery activity just in time for Valentine’s Day. Participants will study the files, look for clues, and crack the case with their friends in this fun and mysterious event at KHCPL Main.

      Youth ages 8-13 are welcome to participate in a few self-love activities with friends at KHCPL Main for the Self-Care Serenity program on Valentine’s Day. Learning to love yourself as you are is an invaluable lesson to share with our teens and tweens. During this event, participants will learn about guided journaling, apply face masks, do nail art, unwind, and relax with their friends.

  • Kokomo Opalescent Glass Kid’s Class
