Happy December! It’s a magical time of year here in Kokomo, do you have plans to make memories this holiday season? We’ve come up with a list of some can’t-miss events to get you in the Christmas spirit, check them out below!

First Friday: Elf Con & Santa Photos with Jessica Shuck

Enjoy December’s First Friday event throughout downtown Kokomo and support local businesses during the holidays! Jessica Shuck Photography will be offering photos with Santa for a donation to help families in need this Christmas.

Boundless By Bailey Pop-Up Shop

’Tis the Season & Ticket to Tipton

Tipton is the place to be this weekend to get in the holiday spirit! ’Tis the Season features a family-friendly evening on the square in downtown Tipton with activities to make your Christmas merry and bright! This free event will include a cookie walk, a firetruck and police display, Christmas photos, visits from a pony and Reindeer, hot chocolate and more!

When: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2

Courthouse Square in Tipton

During Ticket to Tipton this Saturday, you can shop ’til you drop while supporting locally-owned businesses in Tipton! This shopping event will take you on a journey where you receive a ticket to be stamped at participating businesses to turn in for your chance to win a prize. Click here for more information.

Old Town Christmas Parade

The Christmas Parade is returning to downtown Kokomo for a special evening of magic! The parade begins at 5:30 p.m. at Walnut and Market streets and ends at Main and Sycamore streets featuring local marching bands, Santa and Mrs. Claus and much more!

When: 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3
Where: From the corner of Walnut and Market streets to the corner of Main and Sycamore streets.

Bring your furry friends to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital for a Christmas photo-op with Santa!

When: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3
