The Kokomo Post Picks of the Week - September 4th
Hey Kokomo! Welcome to our Kokomo Post Picks of the week where our staffers and interns pick the things they’re enjoying from all around our favorite city! In no particular order:
Fire Pizza
Technically this pick of the week is from Russiaville, but I’m here to tell you that it is worth. the. drive. My family recently stopped in for pizza and we were wowed. The customer service is exceptional and the pizza was crazy delicious. There’s a lot more than pizza on their menu too. We tried a ‘Good Lord’ taco and honestly? It competes with our favorite Lord John’s taco in Kokomo. Perhaps even better. Yep. I said it.
Ellie’s Beautique
This locally owned boutique, sorry, beutique is located over on Rainbow drive in Kokomo. You can shop online or in store. They carry women’s and children’s items, and tons of cute accessories. Our pick this week is an adorable pair of toddler shark joggers. These are gender neutral and would be the perfect addition to your little one’s fall wardrobe. Check them out in store or shop the joggers on their website here.
SoreMouth Tackle + Snow’s Beef Jerky
If you’re into fishing, you’re missing out if you haven’t yet checked out locally owned SoreMouth Tackle for all things bait and tackle. We love that they’re providing great options for our Kokomo fishers but did you know they also carry Snow’s Beef Jerky? It’s made in Peru, Indiana, and it’s a local favorite! This makes the perfect gift or perfect protein packed snack for yourself.
What do you think Kokomo? We want to hear your picks of the week!
