2024 Post Party Costume Contest

On Friday, we hosted the fifth annual Post Party, and it was an absolute blast! We packed two streets and an alley full of entertainment, trick-or-treating, activities, and so much more, bringing the community together for an unforgettable night. One of the biggest highlights of the evening was, of course, the live costume contest —our biggest costume contest yet!

Emceed by our very own Bree Bragg, the contest was filled with excitement from start to finish. Bree introduced and interacted with each contestant who took the stage. With so many creative and spooky costumes to choose from, the judges had an incredibly tough time narrowing down their favorites.

This year’s judges panel featured some familiar faces: Mayor Tyler Moore, our very own Drew Larison, and Gloria Keith from Ivy Tech Community College, our title partner for the 2024 Post Party. The panel had its hands full as the competition heated up with unexpected dance-offs, impromptu community karaoke, and even a thrilling surprise performance of “Thriller” by the mayor himself! And, of course the costume contest wouldn’t have been nearly as fun without DJ Pugh and his humorous and well-timed soundtrack. The crowd went wild, and it’s safe to say the costume contest was a massive.

The energy and creativity this year were next level, and it was so much fun seeing everyone’s unique costumes and enthusiasm. Whether you were there to compete or just to watch, the contest truly brought the whole community together for a night of laughter, excitement, and good times.

Check out some of the amazing photos from this year’s costume contest below! We can’t wait to see what next year’s event will bring. Thanks to everyone who participated and made this night one to remember!
