Some kids are counting down the days, while others don’t want summer vacation to end. Whatever you feelings are, local schools are back in session as early as Aug. 1. To help ease the end of summer vacation and help with the cost of school supplies many businesses and organizations are hosting back-to-school events. Here’s a list of those upcoming events in or nearby Kokomo.

Carver Community Center Resource Fair & Giveaway

Students of all ages can participate. The event will include school supplies, backpacks, vaccines, haircuts, snacks and more! Registration is preferred for immunizations, but walk-ins are welcome.
