Kokomo Op Shop - Since 1888, Kokomo Opalescent Glass has been manufacturing and shipping decorative glass all over the world! Did you know that you can take a behind-the-scenes tour? This fun and educational walk-through of the factory will let you watch glass being blown first-hand! Adults are $6, while students are only $3! Sun King Kokomo - You might not think of a brewery as a family-friendly place, but Sun King prides itself on making your visit entertaining for everyone! Adults 21 and older are able to sample their delicious brews, while kids are able to hang out and play games inside the taproom or the patio! The Original Treasure Mart - Spring in Indiana is so unpredictable. Why not spend a day inside at The Original Treasure Mart hunting for hidden gems? Events

  • Located in Solstice Art Gallery, The Pallet Room is a hidden gem in Kokomo! On April 3, the gallery is hosting an instructional bunny painting class for kids! All supplies are provided for this kid-friendly event! Find details on this event here.

  • The 2021 KPRD Youth Easter Egg Hunt is also happening on April 3. Head to Northwest Park right here in Kokomo at 1 p.m. for this fun Easter event! This program is free and open to the public and divided into groups for ages 0-10 years old. Bring an adult and your Easter basket, and get hunting! More information on this event available here.

  • Starting at 7 p.m. April 9, the BobKats are taking over Kokomo Memorial Gym — and they kick off the whole season against Owensboro Thoroughbreds! Purchase tickets for the big game by visiting the BobKats’ Facebook page here.
