Summer brings tons of family-friendly events to Kokomo and its surrounding areas! There’s so much to do in Kokomo this weekend - keep reading for the details.


Kokomo BobKats Play-off Game

The Kokomo BobKats made it to the playoffs. Help cheer them on this Thursday night here in Kokomo! Pre-game with music, hot dogs and drinks from 4 to 6 p.m. at Gate 8, and then head into Memorial Gym for a 7:05 p.m. tip-off! You aren’t going to want to miss this game!

When: 7:05 p.m. Thursday, June 16
Where: Memorial Gym, 200 S. Apperson Way
Cost: $10 for the upper bowl, $20 for the lower bowl


Checkered Vans at Kokomo Alehouse

The Checkered Vans will be taking the stage at the Kokomo Alehouse with special guest Luke Cross. This is going to be a jam-sesh for the books!

When: 8 to 10 p.m. Friday, June 17
Where: Kokomo Alehouse, 1134 Home Ave. Kokomo

Concerts in Left Field: Adam Gundrum

The Coterie has partnered with Grissom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a summer concert series at Kokomo Municipal Stadium with the Kokomo Jackrabbits! This post-game concert will take place at The Umbrella Bar in the stadium and will be featuring Adam Gundrum and his acoustic guitar. Can’t make it this time? Keep an eye out for more Concerts in Left Field all summer long!

Friends of Fred Food Truck Festival

Celebrate Harley Davidson of Kokomo's 24th anniversary!

There will be multiple food trucks, live music, bounce houses, and games for the whole family! Don't miss this free event right here in Kokomo!

Small Town Saturday

Tipton is the place to be this weekend for Small Town Saturday! Explore the city to find curated boutiques, your favorite hometown cuisine, and so much more. Don’t miss the specials and sales at this exclusive event.

Yoga with Goats

Yoga is pretty great. But yoga with goats is even better! Experience this 45-minute class with Happy Goat Lucky Yoga and you’ll leave happy and refreshed.

3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration

The Carver Center is inviting the public to recognize the historical significance of Juneteenth in Kokomo with vendors and entertainment. There will also be local providers connecting attendees to needed sources. This community event is provided by Carver Community Center, Kokomo Housing Authority, and the Douglass School.

When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 18

Weberfest

Weberfest returns to Foster Park for the next installment of the 2022 Kokomo Summer Concert Series! 

You'll be able to experience live music from Rev. Peyton’s Big Damn Band, with openers Soupbone and Backwater at this free event! 

Bring your chair or a blanket for this memorable night in the park.

Kokomo PRIDE

Head to Historic Buckeye Street in downtown Kokomo and enjoy an eventful day at the Kokomo Pride Festival! This family-friendly event celebrates Pride Month and is completely free to attend. Shop with local vendors, enjoy live music, and end the night with a drag show at Sun King Kokomo!

Bohemian Funk: Roots Tour

Weberfest continues all night long at The Coterie! Bohemian Funk, best described as Rock N’ Soul, is bringing a night of original music to grace you on The Coterie Stage.

Cost: $5 cover or free when you visit The Coterie at Weberfest at Foster Park
