The Kokomo Post Tries - 30-day CrossFit Challenge
Welcome back to a very special episode of The Kokomo Post Tries, partnered with Gravity Trampoline Park Kokomo. This week, we try something entirely new at the Kokomo Post -- our first challenge video, where our team experiences something for a longer period of time and brings you along for the journey.
This week, Pam and Erin set out on a journey with CrossFit Kokomo where they train alongside CrossFit athletes for 30 days and stick to a regimen of clean eating and nutrition to see what happens, both inside the gym and out. This video covers the first two weeks of their time with CrossFit, so be sure to tune in next week at 6:30 p.m. Thursday to see the conclusion of this series.
